Crossing the Atlantic
to by a Lavital…

The first weekend of February the authentic artisan bed workshop Lavital in Zwaag (The Netherlands, EU) welcomed two American customers. They had come all the way from Chicago to just buy a bespoke luxury bed at Lavital.

Crossing the Atlantic to buy a box spring
Lavital, a down to earth family business, has customers from all over the world. Because whoever wants a luxurious, personalized bed, that is also organic and Fair trade, inevitably ends up at the Lavital studio. After all, Lavital’s product is unique: bespoke handmade luxury beds made from natural organic materials. Such as Fairtrade organic certified cotton, organic wool, organic flax, horse hair and camel wool. Each bed is adjusted to the customer’s personal needs, wishes and requirements.

And what makes it extra special: Scott is a dermatologist. He runs a skin clinic in Chicago with his sister. His choice for a Lavital was not only based on the conviction that a bed made from natural organic materials means a healthy night’s rest and a fresh start in the morning, his medical background has also helped him decide on a Lavital product.
Besides this Lavital is the only luxury bedding brand which gives the customer to watch how their bespoke box spring is made. A fantastic experience!

Amsterdam – Chicago
To celebrate the festive occasion, the Lavital bed makers offered the two friends a lunch in a nearby restaurant. The Americans spent the night in a hotel in Amsterdam, and flew back to Chicago the next Sunday. When they had arrived home they informed the staff by e-mail how impressed they had been by the company and the collection.

Comments off Scott Zahner after receiving his bed:
I have attached a photo album of the bed.
It arrived, we got it installed and we love it.
Please feel free to have clients contact us for a reference.
